    110215 - Youth Summer Tennis Lessons

    The summer tennis camp introduces a wide variety of techniques throughout the week including forehands, backhands, volleys, and serves. Each day will be centered around a tennis "Grand Slam" theme where players participate in fun-filled, innovative and progressive learning games.

    Participants will develop an understanding of key tennis techniques and be encouraged to implement these skills into realistic game-play situations.

    This tennis camp is appropriate for tennis players ranging from beginners, to those already well versed in the sport of tennis. Groups are separated by age and ability to ensure all players flourish in the optimum positive learning environment while having a great time!

    Participants should provide their own tennis racket; all other equipment will be furnished.

    Weather Cancellations: Classes will be cancelled when thunder, lightning, and/or heavy rain is present. Cancellations will be posted on US Sports website. Make-up dates will be on Fridays, for that session.

    Refunds, less a $10 administrative fee per registrant, will only be processed if requested by June 2nd, 2017 by 4PM.

    Boys and Girls entering grades K-7th (2017-2018 School Year) are welcome to sign up for Summer Basketball Clinic!This clinic is appropriate for beginners and experienced players. This is a 1 week co-ed recreational basketball camp where the basic skills and fundamentals of basketball are taught with the emphasis on fun and learning. This camp will be taught by experienced coaches and players from Drills, Skills, and Thrills. All ability levels are welcome. There will be a focus on FUN! With games and drills being taught in a new and exciting way, participants will not only improve their basketball skills, but will also experience the joy of the game. All K-3rd grade participants will receive a basketball and all 4-7th grade participants will receive a t-shirt.

    Adult Foundation Tennis classes follow developmental curriculums and guidelines laid out by the USTA. Designed for players with little or no previous experience, participants will learn the basic fundamentals in stroke production, court movement and footwork, in a low pressured, yet energetic environment. Most importantly, itís all about having fun and taking the time to enjoy a social, healthy, lifelong sport.

    Adult Development Tennis (Intermediate)
    Adult Development Tennis classes are ideal for any player that holds previous playing experience and a sounds knowledge of the game. Participants will focus not only on skill refinement, but tactical strategy in both the singles and doubles game. Each session is designed to be engaging, social and challenging, providing plenty of opportunities to showcase skills in match play activities.

    Participants should provide their own tennis racket; all other equipment will be furnished.

    Tennis Squirts
    Tennis Squirts is a fun-filled learning adventure that introduces children aged 3 to 5 to the world of tennis. Children will have great fun learning the fundamental skills and tennis strokes in a low pressured, fun environment. Following guidelines set out by the US Tennis Association (USTA), children will quickly develop their tennis skills, using the highly appraised '10 and Under Tennis' model.

    Foundation Tennis (Beginner)
    Foundation Tennis classes follow developmental curriculums and guidelines laid out by the USTA, including their highly appraised 10 and Under tennis model. Regardless of age, participants will learn the basic fundamentals of stroke production, court movement and footwork skills in a low pressured, yet energetic environment. Most importantly it's all about fun, with games, games and more games throughout each session!

    Development Tennis (Intermediate)
    Development Tennis program caters to intermediate players looking to take their game to the next level. Using curriculums and guidelines approved by the USTA, Development Tennis classes allow participants to work towards refining the fundamental skills of stroke production, rally consistency and court awareness, all essential aspects to successful match play.

    Advanced Tennis (Intermediate - Advanced)
    Advanced Tennis curriculum caters to high intermediate/advanced players, that are already experienced within the sport. Participants will have the chance to develop advanced stroke techniques including top spin, drop shots and lobbing, through conditioned match play and structured activities.
    Participants should provide their own tennis racket; all other equipment will be furnished
