We are currently accepting picnic shelter and room reservations for all dates in 2018.

Field reservations are being accepted for dates through September 3, 2018.

You may search facility availability below for the Community Center, picnic shelters, park indoor rooms and select athletic fields, including the artificial turf fields at Mountain Park..

Select your facility, month and year from the drop down menu.

  1. A calendar will appear based on your selections:

    • Dates marked “Open” are completely available.
    • Dates marked “Partial” have some availability. Click on the calendar date to see what time is available. Note: Our reservation system books a buffer of 15 minutes before and after your event. Therefore, if a facility is “open” from 2:15pm – 5:45pm, you may reserve 2:30pm – 5:30pm. Artificial turf field use may be booked back to back, no buffer.
    • Dates marked “Fully Booked” have no availability.

Availability constantly changes. Reservations are not confirmed until they have been booked and paid for in person at the Recreation Office. At that time you will receive a copy of your facility use permit. Be sure to note alternate dates prior to making your reservation, should availability change. Currently you are not able to check availability for athletic fields or courts online.
